comprehensive advice for local and international businesses.
European One Stop Shop
Chenut Europa positions itself as a single point of legal support for companies operating in more than one European Union country — something that most local law firms do not offer.
It avoids the fragmentation of contracts with multiple local firms, reduces the risk of legal inconsistency and improves the efficiency of cross-border management.
With proven expertise in operations between Europe and Latin America and professionals qualified in multiple jurisdictions, Chenut has in-depth practical and legal knowledge of both realities.
Strategic legal support for European companies with operations in Latin America (and vice versa), with mastery of cultural, tax, regulatory and governance differences, as well as support for local demands.
Chenut maintains a customised model, close and with direct involvement of the partners — without sacrificing technical sophistication and modern structure.
It ensures agility, trust and strategic responses aligned with the ality of each client, especially in complex and sensitive matters.
With strategic partnerships in major capitals, we operate throughout the European Union, offering integrated legal solutions for companies that operate or wish to operate on the continent.
